Potty Training
We accept non-potty-trained kiddos and work with families who choose cloth diapering. Miss Anna also has experience with and knowledge of elimination communication if that is a path your family utilizes.
Natural, Whole Foods
During the summer, Miss Anna grows her own vegetables that she provides children with, and as often as possible, she home-makes the foods served to your children. This includes things like sourdough gold fish and fruit snacks to eliminate dyes and preservatives and expand children's taste pallet and understanding of a well-rounded diet.
Screens
The majority of the time, screens are not utilized at Sparky's. If a screen is utilized during the care of your child, it is to watch an early 2000s, slow-cinema, cartoon show/movie on stormy days or for short durations in the transitions to/from quiet time.
Nature
Sparky's prioritizes time outside and in nature for kids to lean into their curiosity and exploratory energy. We believe it is healthy to get kids outside frequently - even in the rain!

Faith-based learning
Miss Anna has her Master's of Arts in the study of The Bible, and she is a great place for your children to go to with questions or curiosity about their faith. Sparky's will prioritize not only teachings on Bible stories but also real-life application and how to use The Bible in healthy, productive ways in one's faith journey.
Flexible Care
We understand families' desire for flexible care. Whether that means you only need care a couple of days a week or you need half days, we want to make finding care for your children easy! Miss Anna understands the desire to be a SAHM while also wanting to work!
